Remove the outer cover from your acupressure pillow and turn it inside out so that the sharp points are on the inside.
Hand wash with detergent and hang outside to dry.
Do not iron.
Put back onto the inner pillow once completely dry.
Aim to use your TRIBE Acupressure Pillow with bare skin, but you can always start out with thin clothing between your skin and the mat while your body adjusts.
When you're starting out on a new area you can adjust the intensity by limiting or adding body weight onto the pillow.
The first time on a new area will often feel sensitive, but over time your body will adjust to the sensation.
Suggested time limits / targets:
- Back - 20 minutes
- Neck & Shoulders - 10 minutes
- Legs - 10 minutes
- Feet - 5 minutes
- Belly - 5 minutes
