Manduka’s grippiest yoga mat, the GRP Adapt. Versatile enough to go from slower flows to your sweatiest sessions, more forgiving to help you get into poses easier, and light enough to travel from place to place.

Satin-touch top layer offers a luxurious feel and an incredible, adaptive grip. The innovative combination of give and grip lets you nail that pose (and hold it longer!) while providing softer cushioning for joints. The unique cellular structure also provides energy back to you, giving this mat a unique, springy feel.

Open cell proprietary PU material offers unparalleled dry grip and ultra-quick moisture absorption.
Unique scrim weave allows moisture to quickly pass through and be absorbed into the interior foam layer.
2x greater absorption capacity than the competition.
Foam Rubber Patent-pending material provides a unique, springy ride.
Softer cushioning helps protect joints.
Proprietary rubber composite specifically engineered to provide superior grip to the floor to prevent mat slippage.
Due to the open-cell construction and moisture-absorbent nature of the GRP Adapt, it will show signs of wear with use.

To Store: Allow the mat to fully dry before rolling or storing to prevent moisture buildup. Roll with the top (practice) surface facing out to help it lay flat during use. Store rolled in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Initial Use: For even your sweatiest sessions, no additional towel is needed.

To Clean: After practice, wipe the surface with Manduka's mat wash & refresh. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe away sweat and dirt, then allow the mat to air dry completely before rolling. Do not soak, submerge, or use harsh chemicals, as this can damage the moisture-absorbing surface.

DO NOT use Manduka's Botanical Disinfecting Cleaner on the GRP® Series

Additional Notes: Do not store this mat when damp to preserve its performance and longevity. Do not leave the mat exposed to excessive amounts of sunlight. Do not use any type of soap for cleaning, as it will compromise the performance and integrity of the mat.

The GRP Adapt's bottom layer is made of a rubber composite including sustainably harvested natural tree rubber.

Great for hot yoga!

I attend classes and teach at a hot yoga studio, so I need a mat with grip when I'm all sweaty, and that's exactly what this mat does. No more worries about slipping. And it's lighter than my previous mat, so easy to cart around. I am delighted with my purchase

Awesome Yoga Mat!

Really high quality mat. I do a lot of hot Yoga and had problems with my feet slipping. Not with this mat, it's the grippiest mat I've ever used. The only trade off is that you can get a blister of you slide too quickly between postures. I would highly recommend this mat for anyone having problems with grip when sweating. I trust it fully.
