A must have from the TRIBE Bolster Collection, the mini bolster / neck pillow is the ideal accompaniment for a restful savasana, yoga nidra and sound bath, supporting your neck to allow complete surrender - for the ultimate in relaxation try paired with a Still Me Eye Pillow.

As a Mini Bolster it works well when positioned between the shoulder blades to open the chest, or to support the forehead in a wide legged forward bend, as well as underneath the stomach for digestive work; and can be used to extend the height of a standard bolster.

Fitting seamlessly into your home, not just for yoga it is a handy prop to keep around ready for everyday use - simply pop under your neck when you're watching TV or reading a book for additional comfort and support.

Filled with the same natural kapok as the other Tribe Bolsters, making it light, comfortable, supportive and sustainable.
  • 310mm x 120mm dia
  • Super lightweight at 260g
  • Filled with 100% natural sustainable kapok
  • Zip off plush, luxurious, suede like fabric cover for easy washing
  • Handles at both ends for easy maneuverability
  • Inner casing also has a zip so you can add or take away filling

The outer cover can be removed and washed on a cold, gentle wash cycle. It is recommended you do not wash in warm or hot water as that may cause the cover to shrink slightly and then it's very tricky to get back on the inner bolster!

Hang outside to line dry or use a dryer on a low heat setting.

Kapok filling comes from sustainably grown & managed Kapok Trees in Java, Indonesia
  • No pesticides
  • No insecticides
  • No irrigation
  • Kapok trees can live for up to 300 years
  • Harvested by hand, the seeds and fibres are stirred in a basket; the seeds fall to the bottom, leaving the fibres free
  • The seeds may be processed to obtain oil for making soap, and the residue is used as fertiliser and cattle feed

Small but useful and makes a good decoration when not in use.

Just right

Not too big, not too small, not too hard, not too soft.
Just right!
