yoga poster

Very clever design with all 108 asana in six sequences for easy use. I'm planning to pop mine on some repurposed cardboard or corflute to slip easily under the sofa, in our lounge/yoga studio. For the half-dozen or so asana that are more complex and unfamiliar, I'll google to find out more detail using the asana name.

Thank you Liz, enjoy your practice with these asana sequences.
