Possibly a 3 star

I bought this as a gift for a new mum. When it arrived it was kinda dispointing there was no instructions on how to use the pillow. The filling was a bit poor. There was no scent it stated it smelt like..It's obvious that it is a relaxation product but a note on weather it can be cooled or heated...
Shortly after I purchased this item I spotted another eye pillow..it was in its own packaging and had a lovely note to the buyer that read something like..take time to relax.. this eye pillow is your time to take time out for you...i won't be buying another eye pillow from this outfit. Pretty disappointed really and as it was a gift,even more disappointing
