An essential prop to help you with trigger points, sore muscles and tissue relief, the Tribe Cork Massage Balls can help to relieve muscle pain, provide tension relief, increase blood circulation, and even improve mobility before you start your yoga practice!

The perfect Yoga massage and fascia release tool made from 100% sustainable cork - lightweight, robust and ideal for comfortable self-massage at home or in the office. 

Great for use on buttocks muscles, soles of feet, arms and hands, allowing you to apply concentrated pressure to an area of aching muscles - simply put under your feet or body and let gravity take control while gently rolling, or alternatively, place between you and a wall and gently roll.

Initially I thought it would be too light and too small. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The firmness and size are just perfect for MFR.
