The TRIBE Lean Bolster, filled with the same natural kapok as the other Tribe Bolsters, making it light, comfortable, supportive and sustainable.

Perfect for adding that extra support under your hips, back or neck; or to sit on for Pranyama or meditation. Great also for lumbar support in a chair to help with your posture!

It’s compact size also makes it an ideal travel companion for yoga on the go.

Filled with 100% natural sustainable kapok
Zip off plush, luxurious, suede like fabric cover for easy washing
Handles at both ends for easy maneuverability
Inner casing also has a zip so you can add or take away filling

The outer cover can be removed and washed on a cold, gentle wash cycle. It is recommended you do not wash in warm or hot water as that may cause the cover to shrink slightly and then it's very tricky to get back on the inner bolster!

Hang outside to line dry or use a dryer on a low heat setting.

Kapok filling comes from sustainably grown & managed Kapok Trees in Java, Indonesia

No pesticides

Kapok trees can live for up to 300 years
Harvested by hand, the seeds and fibres are stirred in a basket; the seeds fall to the bottom, leaving the fibres free
The seeds may be processed to obtain oil for making soap, and the residue is used as fertiliser and cattle feed

Neat bolster!!!

Love this bolster, it is firm and much more comfortable to sit on than a yoga block and slim enough to be able to sit more forward & upright. Also very portable & an ideal size to take to a retreat rather than lugging my large bolster around. Very happy with this product & Martin spent time giving me some very helpful advice and explained the difference between this & other bolsters. Excellent customer service A++++++

Perfect alternative

I bought a bunch of these for my mobile yoga studio and they are a lovely alternative to he bigger bolsters. great to sit on for pranayam and meditation, and perfect under the spine for supta baddhakonasana and supported shoulder stand & bridge, especially for those who have tender backs or less flexibility.
