OK, very light, Not enough fill.

Positives:
This is a lovely bolster, I was surprised how light it was, I appreciate the quality.

Downsides:
On the other hand, it could use some more fill. Especially since it's meant to flatten over time. It arrived packed/filled very lightly, to say the least. It would be nice to get extra padding on the side if there is a problem with proper filling from the factory.

We hear your concern about the amount of fill, but when you use the bolster we are confident that it will provide the support required, and as you identiifed, when you received it, the filling was packed 'very tightly', so it is not practical to addd more filling when new without bursting the zip, which we are sure you will agree is not desirable. However, the good news is that we do offer the kapok filling for sale by the kilogram for those who want to add more filling after many years of use rather than replace their bolster ;-) Please feel free to contact our customer service team for any additional padding you may need.
