This lightweight, take anywhere EVA foam yoga block will help you extend into asana you are currently working on. Excellent for gripping to strengthen arms and thighs and for supporting you in backbends while you open. You can also use it for myofascial release poses as the edges are rounded enough to remain comfortable while you roll on them to help those 'stuck' bits let go. [We recommend our Cork Blocks if you need a very stable block to work with to put a lot of body weight on to.]
