The TRIBE Zabuton Meditation Mat is the perfect accessory for sitting meditation and serves to cushion the legs, knees, and ankles from hard floors during meditation, so you can focus on your practice.

Filled with body forming felt sheets of recycled woollen fibres and a removable organic cotton cover, this floor cushion is designed to improve comfort during meditation and relieve pressure from your knees, ankles, and back.

They are extremely versatile as they can be used on their own to sit on cross-legged to meditate, or they can be paired with other meditation props to create a more comfortable practice.

Pair a Zabuton Meditation Mat with a Zafu Meditation Cushion to comfortably support your knees and legs when sitting crossed legged in lotus or kneeling on the cushion.

Set your Meditation Bench on a Zabuton Meditation Mat to protect your legs while kneeling and allow for longer meditation sessions, especially on hardwood floors.

For deep cleaning, remove outer cover:

Hand wash outer cover in cool water to preserve the color
Hang to dry to minimise shrinking of the fabric
Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time
Reinsert inner filling only when outer cover is completely dry
