The Tribe pleated round zafu is a traditional meditation cushion that makes sitting on the floor super comfortable by raising the hips up so that the sacrum tilts forward very slightly to keep the back straight.

Great during pranayama, meditation or just hanging out on the floor for long periods of time.

Add comfort to your meditation practice, improve posture and relieve pressure.

Filled with buckwheat hulls that gently conform to your body's shape and a removable organic cotton cover with an easy-to-carry handle. The internal fill bag also has a zipper so you can add or remove filling.

I thought it seemed fine and it was a present for my 30 year old son for his meditation. He found it too high and too hard . And pinched my flattish cushion . He has the eco cushion too. He is tall ie 6.3 inches and slim.
